Welcome to my blog! I thought I’d share some of my favorite foods and experiences with you all. I’m the type of cook who throws things together and rarely measures things (with the exception of baking), but I’ve tried my best to recreate my recipes here. Keep in mind that most of my recipes are pretty forgiving and very customizable. I highly recommend tasting things as you go and making what ever changes seem good to you, because, in my experience, through experimentation comes some of the best recipes you can call your own.
